Why Create Giclée Prints?

1. Giclées printing increases the value of your original prints. The quality of this method fully illuminates the artist's work enabling the artist to price thier printed pieces at full market value.

2. Adds another level to product marketing with higher price points.

For example, if your original art sells for $1500, you could raise your original to $2500 and sell the 22”x30” Giclée for say $350 and the 11”x13” Giclée for say $65. This gives you 3 price points and makes your work more accessible. Therefore, if someone likes your work but can’t afford $2500, they can pay $350 for a large Giclée or $65 for a small one. Now, anyone who likes your work, can afford something of yours.

3. Giclée prints are very cost effective because the artist has the option to create a few at a time (versus offset printing of hundreds or thousands).

4. MOST OF ALL, they leverage the time you put into a given work of art by easitly reproducing your originals. This allows the artist to generate significant additional revenue from the initial labor at a very small additional cost. For example, if you create an edition of 100 pieces of a 22”x30” Giclée, over time this will produce the following additional retail revenue:

100 x $350 = $35,000.00 - $4000 (Approximate cost over time) = $31,000 Additional Profit for the same labor of love you already put into your original.
